It was broken, and everyone in the industry seemed to have quietly accepted that.

Aliona and Aurela did not. What they built instead, Surely, is best described as the Airbnb of security hiring: a platform that puts transparency, trust and flexibility at the centre, giving clients confidence and giving guards the consistent, fairly-treated opportunities they deserve.
