We've got more exciting changes and additions in the pipeline. The first (and most important) thing to mention is the changes to our newsletter format. We've heard from you that you can feel a little overwhelmed with an all-encompassing weekly newsletter, but also it's difficult to remember when our events are.

So, starting in March we'll be replacing our weekly newsletter with:

  • A dedicated monthly events email detailing all events coming up for the next quarter, allowing you to book and add to your calendar
  • A monthly email with client stories
  • A dedicated monthly members update (for Pulse Pro and Pulse Accelerate members only)
  • An end-of-month round up covering all the stories you may have missed.

Hopefully separating these out this will make things a lot easier for you to read, search and find.

Therefore, this is the last email in this format – we hope you enjoy it and if you have any feedback on the format of this or our future communications please do not hesitate to contact us!

New affiliate partnerships: Zoho and Xero

Strong operational foundations are what separate ideas from scalable businesses. The right software - particularly CRM and financial management systems - gives founders real control over their growth. From tracking leads and managing customer relationships to maintaining clear, compliant financial records, these systems create visibility, structure, and efficiency from day one. Without them, businesses often rely on fragmented processes, which can quickly become a barrier to growth, investment readiness, and long-term sustainability.

At Innovator International, we don’t just recommend these systems, we use them ourselves every day to manage our own operations and support our clients effectively. That’s why we’ve become affiliate partners for Zoho and Xero: two platforms we trust for their reliability, scalability, and ease of use. Whether you’re setting up your first CRM or strengthening your financial infrastructure, we can guide you toward the right setup and ensure it works as a practical tool to support your growth journey.

In the coming week, members will be able to sign up for their additional benefits through our start-up course (coming soon to Pulse Accelerate members) or through our Supplier Network area on innovatorpulse.com.

Our Executive Guides Are in High Demand

Recently we published an article introducing one of the most valued elements of the Pulse Accelerate programme - our Executive Guides. The response has been tremendous. Since that piece went live, we've seen a significant surge in bookings and investment in this service, and it's easy to understand why.

For international founders navigating the UK market, an Executive Guide is a dedicated partner who turns your business plan into a practical, outcome-driven roadmap, bringing structure, accountability, and trusted perspective to every stage of your journey. They also connect you with the right partners, suppliers, and networks across the wider Innovator Pulse ecosystem at exactly the right moment.

The demand speaks for itself. If you're looking for focused, personalised support, read the original article here and have a look at the benefits of Innovator Pulse on our memberships page (below)

AI for Economists - from an Innovator International member!

We’re delighted to share some great news from our Innovator community.

One of our founders, Dr. Ashot Davoyan, has just published his first book, AI for Economists: Productivity, Growth and Economic Transformation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, and we couldn’t be more pleased for him.

The book explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way economies grow, how productivity is created, and what these changes mean for businesses, policymakers, and society more broadly. It’s a thoughtful and timely contribution to an increasingly important conversation.

We’re proud to see Ashot’s work reaching a wider audience and adding meaningful insight at the intersection of AI and economics. Please join us in congratulating him on this exciting milestone 🎉

You can get your copy of Ashot's book at Amazon - click here

Before You Post That Job Ad, Read This
Hiring your first employee in the UK is an exciting milestone for any international founder. It’s a clear sign that your idea is gaining traction, your business is maturing and you’re stepping into the role of a true employer. But here’s what many international founders don’t
Using LinkedIn for Business
When you’re bringing your business to the UK, you’re essentially starting from zero in terms of local connections. You might have a brilliant product, years of experience, and a solid track record back home, but in the UK, nobody knows who you are yet. That’s precisely where LinkedIn becomes invaluable.
Choose the City That Helps Your Business Thrive
International founders often assume London is the only viable base for UK expansion. In reality, three of the country’s strongest innovation clusters -Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol - offer deep sector expertise, collaborative ecosystems and far lower operating costs. These cities are not satellite hubs feeding London; they are independent
