Over the last five years, Innovator International’s flagship events have become known not just for the people who attend them, but for the environments in which they take place. From the iconic setting of the Dragons’ Den venue in 2021 and again in 2025, to the rooftop of The Shard in 2022 and 2024, and the stunning Conservatory at the Barbican in 2023, each event has been carefully chosen to reflect the ambition, innovation and international outlook of the entrepreneurs we support.
We have never believed in hosting our community in anonymous white-wall conference rooms. This year’s gathering continues that philosophy as we welcome guests to One Triton Square in London — a venue rapidly becoming recognised as one of the capital’s emerging centres for innovation, enterprise and forward-thinking collaboration. Bringing together international entrepreneurs, the Innovator International support team, partners and invited guests, the day promises to create a vibrant environment filled with ambitious founders all working toward a shared goal: building thriving businesses within the United Kingdom.
One of the most powerful aspects of the event is the mix of people at every stage of the Innovator Founder journey. Attendees will include entrepreneurs preparing to begin the process, founders currently building and scaling their businesses in the UK, and a growing number of individuals who have now successfully achieved Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) — the ultimate milestone for many on the route. Among them, we are delighted to welcome a number of ILR holders who will be sharing their own stories, offering a candid look at the path that brought them to this milestone and the lessons they carry with them.
Throughout the day, smaller side sessions and conversations will focus on the realities of the journey itself, including the challenges, lessons and successes involved in reaching ILR status. For many newer founders, hearing directly from those who have already navigated the process successfully provides both reassurance and inspiration.
The event also creates a rare opportunity to meet the wider Innovator International team in person. Beyond the formal process, the organisation has always been built around people — relationships, guidance, encouragement and shared ambition. Bringing together founders from different countries, industries and stages of business development creates an atmosphere that is difficult to replicate online. It is this combination of lived experience, practical support and entrepreneurial energy that gives the evening its unique character.
