For Founders endorsed by legacy Endorsing Bodies who are no longer operating (and no longer on the Home Office list of legacy Endorsing Bodies), the Home Office have provided us with guidance regarding how we can support your journey moving forward.
Specifically, we are able to support:
- Migrant founders who have an extension or ILR endorsement from a former Legacy EB but have not been granted permission in the route
- Migrant founders originally endorsed by a former Legacy EB and are mid-route
- Migrant founders originally endorsed by a former Legacy EB and are at the point of application for their extension or ILR endorsement
Where appropriate, the Home Office will be covering the cost of initial endorsement, checkpoint meetings and the settlement endorsement with ONE endorsing body per applicant. The home office will be in contact with eligible applicants, providing them with a Unique Application Number (UAN).
Our Assessment Process
Given the timeframe the Home Office have imposed on your cases, we will strive to assess applications under these conditions within 21 days of the application date. However, there may be circumstances where additional information or research is required and the assessment takes a little longer.
Should you wish to proceed with Innovator International as your new endorsing body, please complete the application form using the link below.
IMPORTANT: After applying on our website, you will be sent an email with a link to upload your documents and complete your application. Once completed, you must progress to the payment page by clicking on the button at the bottom of the form. However, you do not need to make the payment.
When you see the payment page, please email info@innovatorinternational.com to notify us that you have completed the form, along with your Home Office Unique Application Number, and we will assign your application to a member of our assessment team, who will be in contact with you throughout the process.
