The Home Office have recently announced that major pivots to a granted visa will now be subject to a full re-application, which the applicant will need to pay for. This raises a number of important questions. What actually counts as a major pivot? Does a full re-application mean applying for a whole new visa? And who is responsible for reassessing the innovation criteria?
Richard and the team are currently in direct conversation with the Home Office to get clarity on exactly these points, and we hope to bring you further detail in this essential session.
