We wanted to share a quick reminder about our upcoming session on major visa pivots, taking place live online next week. Join us Wednesday 26th August from 10am UK time live on Zoom (sign up link can be found below), open to anyone!

A quick recap

As we shared recently, the Home Office has confirmed that major pivots to a granted visa will now require a full re-application, along with the standard fee. For anyone who has adapted their business since being granted their visa, or who is thinking about a change in direction, it is understandable that this raises questions.

The team have been in ongoing conversation with the Home Office to try and get more clarity, and this session is a chance to share what we have learned so far, directly and in person.

What we will cover

We will talk through how currently define the difference between a minor and a major pivot, what a full re-application could mean in practice, and how the reassessment process might work. It will be an open conversation, and there will be plenty of time for your own questions too.

We cannot promise we will have every answer by next Wednesday. This kind of policy detail tends to take time to settle. What we can offer is an honest update on where things stand, and a space to make sure your questions are heard as this continues to unfold.

How to join

If this is something that might affect you, now or further down the line, we would love for you to be there.
